If you've found yourself here, you are most likely a midlife woman and very aware that midlife brings many significant changes.
Your body is changing and you may no longer look or feel like "like yourself". You may have grown up kids, aging parents and changing work circumstances.
Add to this peri and post menopause symptoms, especially the emotional, mental and cognitive experiences such as brain fog, increased stress and feelings of reduced capacity to juggle all the balls you could previously juggle.
These experiences can lead to you feeling overwhelmed incompetent, lost, confused with a lack of clarity regarding what your future will look like. However midlife however can also be about beautiful new beginnings
