A little bit about me
Hi, I'm Heather and a midlife woman who has always said I want to age gracefully. Well to be honest, there have been many moments over the last few years that have been anything but graceful!
As many of you can probably relate, getting through a combination of significant life changes and all the things that comes with menopause including brain fog, forgetfulness, self doubt and exhaustion is not easy. BUT as I am adjusting to much of what menopause and midlife has thrown my way, I am so hopeful about the next half of my life.
As a midlife woman, wife, mother of 2 adult children and a newbie grandmother, I am passionate about supporting other midlife women through this stage of life.

My own experience, combined with with over 30 years as a social worker, mental health clinician and therapist, is what energises me to embrace my role as "Midlife Coach". I'm deeply committed to helping women live mentally and emotionally healthy lives.
I've worked with many midlife woman struggling with the physical, emotional and mental changes experienced throughout the rollercoaster of midlife and menopause. As we've worked together, women have gained more compassion and love for themselves, been able to create more clarity about what they want the next part of the their lives to look like, made changes and implemented strategies that have led to calmer, more purposeful and joyful lives.
I've seen the difference focusing on yourself can make in living a more joyful and peaceful life.
I am so excited to bring together my knowledge and experience in supporting you to explore what matters most to you, gain clarity about how you want to live in the next part of your life and provide you with tools and strategies to manage the emotions and challenges of midlife.
